Cover your blog post title in the H1 and h2 tag

 

 The H1 tag is like a mini title tag respectively.

 In fact, Google says that using H1 tags "helps Google understand the complete structure of your page."

 Most platforms (such as WordPress etc.) automatically add his H1 tag to the title of your blog post. If so, you are done.

 However, this is not always the case. Check your site's code to make sure the title is wrapped
 in an H1. And that the keyword is within the H1 tag

Do H2 tags improve or break on-page SEO? 

 But it cannot hurt. Also, in my own SEO experiments with him, I found that surrounding the target keyword with H2 tags creates a big dent.
